Abstract
This survey was conducted to build a practical preliminary database for improving correctional administrative policies and establishing measure for raising the morale of correctional officers working in prisons by investigating their opinion on the working conditions and organizational environment. The questionnaire is composed of contents on human resource management, treatment, personal relationships, job satisfaction and social evaluation.
