Abstract
This survey was designed as a follow up to the survey on「The Democratic Politics Desired by Korean Citizens」conducted by the Center for Social Sciences in Seoul National University in 1991 for the promotion of empirical studies on how the private as well as communal lives of Koreans as well as their quality of life is changing since the civilian government and the advancement of democratization. The questionnaire includes contents on opinions on political realities, evaluation of past governments, evaluation of the civilian government, democracy, communal activities, social activities, political democratization and private life, communal life, economic life, and the quality of life.
