This survey has its purpose in evaluating the need and possibilities for the globalization of Korean organizational culture by gaining a better understanding of the social characteristics of Koreans and Korean corporate culture. This survey was especially designed to survey Korean employees’ value tendencies dealing with individualism, particularism, universalism, authoritarianism and egalitarianism, humanism and materialism and to focus on the study of the family oriented value system which stands out among the traits of Korean corporate culture.
