The purpose of this survey is to collect data useful for the establishment of effective labor relations policies by examining the occupational view of laborers and managers in Korea. The questionnaire includes contents on work experience, union membership, employment process, level of job satisfaction, intention of job change, promotion requirements, value system, work satisfaction, relationship with manager, fairness of process, occupational commitment, job environment, social relationships within the workplace, social welfare, opinion on wage freeze, working hours, labor union, industrial council, and degree of contribution to economic development per occupation.
