Abstract
This survey was conducted to examine the process of urban migration as well as state of adjustment following rapid modernization. The questionnaire is composed of contents on migration to Seoul and daily life. The contents on migration to Seoul includes period of residence in Seoul, residence prior to migration, reason for migration, process of migration, and plans for moving residence. The contents on daily life includes methods of childrearing, preferred type of boss, opinion on birth control, living stature after 5 years, efforts to resolve regional problems, attitude towards government authorities, channel of receiving news, opinion on administrative participation by citizens, and social participation.
