Advance Notice of Privacy Policy Revision

We sincerely thank all our KOSSDA members for their continued support.We would like to inform you about upcoming revisions to our privacy policy, effective from October 4, 2023.

1. Major Revisions

○ Changes in the Collected Information and Retention Period of Personal Information

If no consent is provided, the account will be converted to an inactive account, and if re-consent is not obtained for a period of 3 years, the information will be permanently deleted.

○ Measures Regarding Destruction of Personal Information of Non-users, etc

① KOSSDA will classify users who have not utilized our services for one year as inactive accounts, storing their personal information separately. Separately stored personal information will be retained for a period of 3 years and then promptly destroyed. ② KOSSDA will notify members scheduled to become dormant, 30 days in advance of the transition to dormancy, regarding the separation of their personal information, the scheduled dormancy date, and the specific personal information that will be stored separately. This notification will be sent via email or other methods suitable for user notification. ③ If you do not wish for your account to be converted into an inactive account, please log in to the service before the transition. Additionally, even if your account has been converted to an inactive account, you can reactivate it by logging in with your consent, thereby restoring access to the normal service.

2. Effective Date

○ This revised privacy policy will take effect on October 4, 2023.
○ In compliance with applicable laws and regulations, we will provide one week's notice before the effective date.

3. Withdrawing Consent

○ If you do not agree with these revisions, you have the option to decline (withdraw your membership).
