Abstract
이 조사는 한국여성정책연구원이 국가인권위원회의 지원을 받아 군대 내 여군의 인권상황 실태를 조사하여 새로운 형태의 여군 인권침해 사례를 규명함하고, 이를 통해 여군의 인권 보호와 증진을 위한 정책적 대안을 마련하고자 실시한 것이다. 자료는 2024년 7월 당시 현역 여군으로부터 수집되었으며, 설문지는 2012년 실시한 여군 인권상황 실태조사 등을 바탕으로 설계되었다. 주요 조사내용은 군대 내 양성평등 조직문화, 성차별 및 인권침해 경험, 군 복무 중 배우자·가족과의 동거와 일·가정 양립, 모성보호제도 이용 현황, 여성건강 문제와 민간의료서비스 접근성, 성희롱·성폭력 피해 및 대응, 성적 소수자에 대한 인식, 군 내 인권침해 대응 방안과 개선 과제 등이다.
