Abstract
이 조사는 경기도가족여성연구원이 2010년 제정된 「경기도 경력단절여성 등의 경제활동 촉진에 관한 조례」에 따라 3년마다 실시하는 실태조사의 일환으로, 경기도 경력단절여성의 경제활동 실태를 조사하여 향후 경력단절여성의 경제활동을 지원할 수 있는 정책을 마련하고자 실시한 것이다. 자료는 경기도에 거주하는 만 25세 이상 54세 이하 여성 중 혼인, 임신, 출산, 육아, 가족구성원 돌봄 등을 이유로 일자리를 그만둔 경험이 있는 자로부터 수집되었다. 조사문항은 여성가족부의 2016년 경력단절여성 등의 실태조사 설문지를 기반으로 설계되었으며, 주요 조사내용은 경력단절 당시 일자리, 경력단절 이후 첫번째 일자리 실태, 경력단절 이후 구직활동과 직업훈련 경험, 현재 일자리 및 향후 사직의사, 취·창업 의사 등이다.
