Abstract
이 조사는 KBS 공영미디어연구소가 뉴스 댓글에 대한 국민들의 반응을 조사하여 향후 KBS 뉴스의 댓글정책 방안을 제시하기 위한 기초자료로 활용하고자 시행한 것이다. 이 자료는 전국의 만 18세 이상 성인남녀로부터 수집한 것으로, 주요 조사내용은 뉴스 이용 서비스, 뉴스 댓글 이용 현황, 뉴스 댓글 영향력, 악성 댓글에 대한 인식, 댓글 운영 방식, 댓글 폐지 영역 등이다.
