Abstract
이 조사는 한국형사정책연구원이 경찰관의 가정폭력 및 아동학대 사건 현장에서 경찰권의 집행력을 높이기 위한 개선 방안을 제안하고자 실시한 것이다. 자료는 경찰관, 일반시민, 전문가를 대상으로 각각 수집되었다.
이 자료는 전국의 20세 이상 성인남녀로부터 수집되었으며, 설문지는 가정폭력 범죄 및 처벌에 대한 인식, 가정폭력에 대한 경찰개입에 대한 인식, 가정폭력 범죄에 대한 경찰의 사건 처리에 대한 인식, 가정폭력 및 아동학대 사건에 대한 경찰의 개입 정도, 경찰개입 결과에 대한 인식, 법원의 영장발부 전 경찰 유치에 대한 인식, 피해자의 대처능력에 대한 인식 등이다.
