Abstract
이 조사는 한국형사정책연구원이 경찰관의 가정폭력 및 아동학대 사건 현장에서 경찰권의 집행력을 높이기 위한 개선 방안을 제안하고자 실시한 것이다. 자료는 경찰관, 일반시민, 전문가를 대상으로 각각 수집되었다.
이 자료는 최근 3년간 가정폭력 또는 아동학대 사건을 처리한 경험이 있는 경찰관으로부터 수집되었으며, 설문지는 개입주체에 대한 인식, 경찰활동에 대한 인식, 사건 처리에 대한 인식, 사건 처리 중 예상외의 결과에 대한 인식, 가정폭력 및 아동학대 관련 법률의 실효성에 대한 인식 등이다.
