Abstract
이 조사는 서울시여성가족재단이 서울시민의 일·생활균형 실태를 파악하기 위한 조사 체계를 마련하고자 실시한 시범 조사이다. 자료는 서울시에 거주하는 20대부터 40대 임금근로자로부터 수집되었으며, 시범 조사의 성격을 고려하여 조사대상의 범위를 현재 서울시 여성가족정책의 핵심 사업 대상층인 20~40대로 한정하였다. 주요 조사내용은 일 경험, 시간 사용 및 가사와 돌봄, 여가활동, 일·생활균형 제도 경험, 일·생활균형에 대한 인식, 서울시 정책 인지 및 수요, 일반사항 등이다.
