Abstract
이 조사는 한국형사정책연구원이 전국 59개 범죄피해자지원센터의 외국인 범죄피해자 보호 및 지원 현황과 문제점을 살펴봄으로써 국내에 체류하는 외국인 범죄피해자의 인권 보장 및 범죄피해 지원을 위한 개선방안을 마련하고자 외국인 범죄피해자 지원 사례를 조사한 것이다. 자료는 2015년부터 2016년까지 2년간 전국 범죄피해자지원센터에 신고된 외국인 범죄피해자 사건 기록을 수집하였으며, 주요 조사내용은 신청자의 인적사항, 범죄피해자의 인적사항 및 피해 내용, 가해자의 인적사항, 상담일시 및 방법, 검찰/경찰/유관기관으로부터 받은 경제적 및 의료적 지원 등이다.
