Abstract
이 조사는 한국형사정책연구원이 북한이탈주민의 법의식 실태를 파악하여 남한사회 적응 과정에 있는 북한이탈주민의 법의식을 제고하기 위한 개선방안을 마련하고자 실시한 것이다. 자료수집은 북한이탈주민과 일반국민을 대상으로 각각 수집되었으며, 설문지는 조사대상 간의 인식 비교를 위하여 공통 문항을 포함하고 있다.
이 자료는 수도권에 거주하는 만19세 이상의 북한이탈주민으로부터 수집되었으며, 주요 조사내용은 법의식에 대한 인식, 남한과 북한에서의 법 관련 경험과 인식, 법적 분쟁 경험과 법률지원서비스 경험, 법 교육 경험, 법 교육에 대한 수요 등이다. 현재 KOSSDA에서는 북한이탈주민 대상 자료만 제공하고 있다.
