Abstract
이 조사는 한국형사정책연구원이 직장내 괴롭힘에 대한 경험과 인식을 파악하여 향후 직장 괴롭힘을 해결을 위한 분쟁해결방안을 모색하는 데 필요한 기초자료를 수집하고자 실시한 것이다. 자료수집은 직장 괴롭힘 피해자와 그 외 일반인을 대상으로 각각 시행되었으며, 설문지는 조사대상별 인식 비교를 위한 공통 문항을 포함하고 있다.
이 자료는 5인 이상 사업체에 근무하는 종사자 중 최근 3년간 직장 괴롭힘을 경험하지 않은 일반인으로부터 수집되었으며, 주요 조사내용은 직장 괴롭힘에 관련한 경험과 영향, 직장 괴롭힘 대응 방식, 직장 괴롭힘에 대한 인식, 대응 방식에 대한 의견, 소속 직장의 특성 등이다. 특히, 조사내용 중 피해 경험과 대응 방식을 제외한 대부분이 피해자 조사와 유사하게 설계되었다.
