Abstract
이 조사는 한국형사정책연구원이 고소제도의 발전 방안을 모색하고자 고소제도의 운영 현황과 개선 방안에 대한 인식을 조사한 것이다. 자료는 전국의 만19세 이상 성인남녀 중 형사고소 경험이 있는 자로부터 수집되었으며, 주요 조사내용은 형사고소 및 민사소송에 대한 의견, 형사고소 경험, 고소장의 제출 및 접수과정, 형사고소 사건에 대한 수사 및 심리과정, 합의 과정, 고소제도 개선방안 등이다.
