Abstract
이 조사는 부산여성가족개발원이 부산지역의 아동학대 실태와 아동을 포함한 주변 구성원들의 아동학대에 대한 인식을 파악함으로써 향후 아동학대 예방을 위한 정책 방안을 마련하는 데 필요한 기초자료를 수집하고자 실시한 것이다. 특히 조사는 2009년 실시한 '아동학대 실태 및 인식 조사'의 결과와 비교할 수 있도록 설계되었다. 자료수집은 부산지역에 거주하는 아동학대 신고의무자, 아동, 부모를 대상으로 각각 실시되었다.
이 자료는 아동복지시설 종사자, 의료기관 종사자, 교직원 등 아동학대범죄의 처벌 등에 관한 특례법 제10조에 명시된 신고의무자로부터 수집되었으며, 주요 조사내용은 아동학대 인지 여부, 학대의심아동 목격 및 상담 경험, 학대아동 발견 시 대처 방법, 아동학대 신고의무제에 대한 인식, 사례별 아동학대에 대한 인식, 아동학대 인식 개선에 대한 의견 등이다.
