Abstract
이 조사는 서울시여성가족재단이 서울시 소재 30인 미만인 사업장의 노동환경 실태와 정책 수요를 파악함으로써 서울시 소규모 사업장의 노동환경을 개선하고 여성 일자리의 질을 높이는 정책 방안을 마련하고자 실시한 것이다. 자료는 서울시 소재 제조업, 도매 및 소매업, 숙박 및 음식점 3개 업종에서 근무하는 만 19세 이상 64세 미만 노동자로부터 수집되었으며, 주요 조사내용은 업무 및 인력 구성, 노동관계법 준수 정도, 사회보장 수준, 직장 내 존중 문화, 고용불안정 인식, 노동환경 개선을 위한 정책 필요성 등이다.
