Abstract
이 조사는 서울신학대학교가 학대로 인하여 분리조치된 아동의 생활환경과 교육환경을 파악함으로써 아동의 분리조치 과정에 있어서 아동의 희생을 최소화하고 안전을 확보할 수 있는 정책 수립에 필요한 기초자료를 수집하고자 국가인권위원회의 의뢰를 받아 실시한 것이다. 자료수집은 학대로 분리조치된 아동, 부모 및 보호자, 아동분리조치 관련 업무를 담당하는 실무자를 대상으로 각각 실시되었다.
이 자료는 아동과 분리조치된 부모나 보호자로부터 수집되었으며, 주요 조사내용은 아동보호조사 경험, 아동분리보호조치 경험, 아동분리보호 기간 동안의 경험, 원가족 복귀를 위한 노력과 지원, 부모 및 보호자에 대한 지원 등이다.
