Abstract
이 조사는 서울시여성가족재단이 서울시 자영업자들의 일·생활균형 실태와 정책 수요를 파악하여 일·생활균형 지원 정책의 사각지대에 놓여있는 자영업자들을 위한 정책적 지원 방안을 마련하고자 실시한 것이다. 자료는 고용원이 없거나 1인 이하인 서울시 소재 자영업자로부터 수집되었으며, 주요 조사내용은 사업 운영 현황 및 자영업 진입 과정, 일하는 시간과 일 경험, 가족생활과 개인활동, 일·생활균형에 대한 인식, 지원정책 이용 경험 및 수요 등이다.
