Abstract
이 조사는 제주여성가족연구원이 제주도민의 재산 상속 및 증여에 대한 실태조사를 통해 재산 상속 및 증여의 성별 구조를 파악하여 제주지역의 양성평등한 재산 상속･증여 문화를 확산하기 위한 향후 과제를 모색하고자 시행한 것이다. 조사대상은 만 40세 이상 제주도민이며, 주요 조사내용은 재산 상속 및 증여 경험, 공동상속인 유무 및 유산 분배방식, 향후 재산 상속이나 증여 기대 및 활용계획, 재산 상속에 대한 의식 및 선호 형태, 재산 상속의 관습적 실태, 재산 상속 관련 분쟁에 대한 관행, 남녀균분상속에 관한 의식, 제사상속과 재산상속의 관계 인식 등이다.
