Abstract
이 조사는 경기도가족여성연구원이 경기도 주민자치위원회 운영현황을 파악하여 경기도 주민자치위원회의 성 인지적 운영방안을 도출하는 데 필요한 기초자료를 수집하고자 시행한 것이다. 이 자료는 경기도 주민자치위원회 위원으로부터 수집되었으며, 주요 조사내용은 주민자치위원 참여경로 및 참여 동기, 주민자치위원 이전 소속 활동 단체 유형, 주민자치위원회 활동 시 애로사항, 주민자치위원회 활동 시 성별 구분에 대한 인식, 주민자치위원 대상 성평등 관련 교육 필요도, 주민자치위원회 활동에 대한 인식, 양성평등에 대한 인식, 양성평등 정도 등이다.
