Abstract
2013년에 출범한 박근혜 정부는 국정운영 핵심전략 중 하나로 투명한 정부 구현을 제시했으며, 이를 이루기 위해 사전정보공표 및 공공데이터 개방 등의 정보공개를 시행한 바 있다. 이 조사는 한국행정연구원이 박근혜 정부가 출범한지 2년이 지난 시점에서 보건복지분야를 중심으로 그간의 정보공개 성과를 측정하여 향후 정보공개제도를 활성화할 수 있는 방안을 도출하고자 시행한 것이다. 이 자료는 보건복지분야 중앙행정기관과 지방자치단체, 공공기관 소속 정보공개 담당 공무원 104명과 학계 전문가와 공공데이터 및 사전정보공개 사용 경험이 있는 일반기업 직원, 다양한 직업군으로 구성된 사전정보공개 국민모니터링단 구성원 102명으로부터 수집되었으며, 주요 조사내용은 2013년 이전/이후 보건복지분야 사전정보공개에 대한 인식, 2013년 이전/이후 보건복지분야 공공데이터에 대한 인식, 2013년 이전/이후 보건복지분야 사전정보공개의 성과에 대한 인식, 2013년 이전/이후 보건복지분야 공공데이터의 성과에 대한 인식 등이다.
