Abstract
이 조사는 경기도 내 보수교육을 수강한 보육교사를 대상으로 보육교사 보수교육에 대한 실태와 요구를 파악하여 보육교사의 보수교육 개선방안을 모색하기 위한 기초자료를 수집하고자 경기도가족여성연구원이 시행한 것이다. 주요 조사내용은 보수교육 선택 및 신청, 보수교육 수강시간/인원/강의환경/출결관리의 적절성 및 만족도, 보육교육 강의의 질에 대한 평가, 보수교육을 통한 역량 및 정문성 강화 정도, 보수교육 수강방법/신청의 자율화/신청방법/수강시간/인원/강의실/강의의 질 개선방안 등이다.
