Abstract
이 조사는 한국행정연구원이 제주 강정마을의 해군기지 갈등사례를 중심으로 갈등 상황에 대한 제주도민의 인식과 태도를 파악함으로써 향후 우리 사회의 갈등관리를 위한 새로운 목표와 방향을 제시하고자 시행된 것이다. 자료는 제주도에 거주하는 만 19세 이상 성인남녀를 대상으로 수집되었으며, 주요 조사내용은 제주 해군기지 건설에 대한 관심 정도, 제주 해군기지 건설에 대한 기여도, 제주 해군기지 건설에 관한 갈등 해결 여부 및 그렇게 생각하는 이유, 제주 해군기지 건설 초기 갈등에 관한 최소화 방안 등이다.
