Abstract
이 조사는 한국행정연구원이 중앙행정기관과 특별지방행정기관, 정부산하기관의 규제관련 업무 담당 공무원 및 직원을 대상으로 산업안전 규제전달체계의 실태와 인식을 조사함으로써 규제결정을 중심으로 규제 개선방안에만 초점을 맞춘 다른 연구들과 달리 규제기관과 집행기관 간 규제전달과정에서의 문제점을 파악하고, 이를 통해 규제전달체계를 개선하기 위한 정책 대안을 마련하고자 시행한 것이다. 주요 조사내용은 현 산업안전체계의 효과에 대한 의견, 산업안전체계의 부정적인 영향 요인, 산업안전관리 협력에 대한 인식, 중앙부처와 집행기관 간의 규제전달체계에 대한 인식, 집행기관의 규제전달체계에 대한 인식 등이다.
