Abstract
이 조사는 한국행정연구원이 중앙행정기관의 규제개혁 우수사례 발간 현황을 파악함으로써 현행 우수사례 발간 및 관리 방식의 문제점과 개선 방안을 도출하고자 시행한 것이다. 자료는 중앙행정기관에서 규제개혁 업무를 담당하는 공무원으로부터 수집되었으며, 주요 조사내용은 규제개혁 우수사례 발간 경험 및 횟수, 규제개혁 우수사례 선정 과정, 규제개혁 우수사례 발간 동기, 규제개혁 우수사례 선정 기준, 규제개혁 우수사례 선정에 대한 애로사항, 규제개혁 우수사례 선정에 대한 동의, 타 부처의 규제개혁에 대한 영향력, 우수사례집의 규제개혁 활성화 및 발전에 대한 기여도, 우수사례집의 개선 필요성, 규제개혁 우수사례 발간 시기에 대한 개선방안, 규제개혁 우수사례 발간 방식에 대한 개선방안, 규제개혁 우수사례 선정 가이드라인 제정에 대한 의견 등이다.
