- 이 조사는 한국행정연구원이 2006년 국정운영의 성과 향상을 목적으로 도입된 정부업무평가제도의 효과와 그 영향요인을 파악함으로써 효과적인 제도 운영방안을 마련하고자 공무원을 대상으로 시행한 것이다. 자료는 중앙행정기관에서 평가업무 및 평가대상 업무를 담당하는 공무원으로부터 수집되었으며, 주요 조사내용은 정부업무평가제도의 효과, 기관장의 리더십에 대한 인식, 교육훈련에 대한 인식, 내·외재적 동기 부여에 대한 인식, 조직문화에 대한 인식, 목표 및 성과지표 명확성에 대한 인식, 성과정보 이용에 대한 인식, 평가결과 활용에 대한 인식 등이다.
