Abstract
이 조사는 한국행정연구원이 2006년 ｢정부업무평가 기본법｣에 의해 도입된 통합평가제도의 운영실태와 문제점을 파악하여 효과적인 개선방안을 도출하고자 시행한 것이다. 조사는 중앙행정기관 및 지방자치단체에서 평가업무를 담당하는 공무원을 대상으로 수집되었으며, 주요 조사내용은 통합평가 및 개별평가 인지도, 현행 통합평가제도 인지도, 현행 통합평가 중 통합평가로의 운영이 불필요한 제도에 대한 의견, 평가제도 운영현황에 대한 인식, 개별평가 폐지 특성 요인, 점검/분석 대비 평가의 고유 특성, 통합평가제도 구축을 위한 중요 원칙, 통합평가가 필요한 영역, 일반적인 평가업무 수행 경험, 통합평가 및 개별평가 개선을 위한 의견 등이다.
