Abstract
이 조사는 한국형사정책연구원이 일반국민들을 대상으로 집회시위의 자유와 불법집회시위에 대한 인식을 파악하여 집회 및 시위 관련 정책의 개선 필요성을 검토하고자 시행한 것이다. 조사는 전국 만 19세 이상 성인남녀로부터 수집되었으며, 주요 조사내용은 집회시위 참여 경험, 집회시위로 인한 피해 경험, 우리나라의 집회시위의 자유에 대한 인식, 집시법 규정의 필요성에 대한 인식, 불법집회시위 발생에 대한 인식, 불법집회시위 관련 경찰의 대응방식에 대한 인식 등이다.
