Abstract
한국행정연구원은 정부업무 분야의 특성과 차이를 반영할 수 있는 분야별 성과지표 개선연구를 중장기 과제로 선정하고 2017년부터 매년 시행하고 있다. 그 첫 번째로 경제분야 성과지표의 활용실태 및 관련 인식에 대해 공무원과 전문가의 의견을 조사하였다.
이 자료는 정부 성과관리에 대해 연구경력이 있는 외부전문가로부터 수집된 것으로, 정량지표와 정성지표, 투입/과정/산출/결과지표, 성과지표 유형 활용, 대외비 필요성, 분야별 성과관리의 필요성, 성과지표 목표치의 설정 등에 관한 내용을 포함하고 있다.
