Abstract
이 조사는 KBS 공영미디어연구소가 문재인 정부 출범 이후 신설된 청와대 국민청원 제도에 대한 국민들의 여론을 파악하여 방송 프로그램의 기초자료로 활용하고자 시행한 것이다.
이 자료는 동 연구소의 온라인 패널로부터 수집되었으며, 청와대 국민청원 게시판에 대한 인지도, 국민청원 제도의 기능에 대한 인식, 국민청원 제도의 사회문제 해결에 대한 도움 정도, 2018년 한 해 동안 가장 기억에 남는 청와대 국민 청원 사건, 국민청원 제도에 대한 개선사항 등의 내용으로 구성되어 있다.
