Abstract
이 조사는 국가인권위원회가 북한이탈주민을 대상으로 그들의 인권의식을 조사하여 인권교육의 방향성을 탐색하기 위한 기초자료로 수집하고자 시행한 것이다. 이 조사의 일부 문항은 '국민인권의식조사' 자료의 설문문항을 일부 차용하여 비교 연구가 가능하도록 하였다. 주요 조사내용은 북한에서 인권교육 경험, 인권침해 경험, 인권에 대한 인지, 인권 수준에 대한 일반적 평가, 남한 내 인권침해 주체 및 차별 요인, 인권 침해경험 여부, 인권 차별경험 여부, 인권침해 및 차별경험 시 대처방안, 인권보호 및 신장 방법, 인권활동 참여 등이다.
