Abstract
이 조사는 한국형사정책연구원이「청소년 강력범죄의 실태 및 특성에 관한 연구」에서 청소년(중1-고2)을 대상으로 청소년 강력범죄의 범죄내용과 범행동기요인, 범죄경력을 살펴보기 위한 목적으로 수집되었다. 이 자료는 자아통제력, 부모/친구와의 유대, 비행친구 여부 및 비행에 대한 우호적 태도, 비공식적 낙인, 일상적 긴장, 부모감독으로부터 자유시간, 위협적 생활양식, 지역적 특성, 첫 비행에서부터 범죄경력, 범죄행위에 대한 주변의 인지 여부, 가족/친구 등 주변인들과의 관계 등을 알아보기 위한 내용으로 구성되어 있다
