Abstract
이 조사는 한국형사정책연구원이「형사정책과 사법제도에 관한 평가 연구(Ⅸ)」에서 성인을 대상으로 양형기준 및 양형에 관한 일반인의 태도 및 인식을 분석하기 위한 기초자료로 수집하고자 시행한 것이다. 이 자료는 양형기준제 관련 인식, 법에 관한 인식 및 태도, 형사사법기관에 대한 신뢰정도, 평소 판결보도에 대한 관심, 법교육의 필요성 및 효과성, 대중매체를 통한 법과 범죄에 대한 인식, 범죄피해경험 및 시급히 해결해야 할 범죄 등을 알아보기 위한 내용으로 구성되어 있다.
