Abstract
이 조사는 한국형사정책연구원이「고령화 사회에 따른 노인수형자 처우방안」에서 교정공무원을 대상으로 노인수형자 처우현황을 파악하고 개선방안을 마련하기 위한 기초자료로 수집하고자 시행한 것이다. 이 자료는 노인수형자 수감 상황 및 배려적 처우 실태, 노인수형자 처우 상 애로사항, 작업/교육/의료/사회복귀 분야별 노인수형자 처우실태, 노인수형자 처우 정책 방향에 대한 의견 등을 알아보기 위한 내용으로 구성되어 있다.
