Abstract
이 조사는 경기도가족여성연구원이 경기도 소재 산업단지 중에서 스마트허브(반월-시화 산업단지)를 중심으로 산업단지 어린이집에 대한 수요를 확인하고, 산업단지 어린이집 설치를 활성화 하기 위한 방안을 제시하기 위한 목적으로 시행되었다.
조사대상은 경기도 소재 반월·시화 각 산업단지에서 근무하는 영유아 자녀를 둔 근로자이다.
조사내용은 가족 환경 및 자녀 양육(배우자 직업, 야간 교대근무 실시 여부, 자녀의 수, 연령, 성별, 자녀 1인당 보육비, 근무시간중 자녀 양육 방식, 양육으로 인한 퇴사 고려 여부 등), 산업단지 24시간 어린이집 설치 및 이용에 대한 의견(산업단지 어린이집 운영 필요성과 원하는 운영 형태, 자녀 맡길 의향, 이유, 이용시기, 자녀 맡기길 원치 않는 이유 등), 조사대상자의 일반적 배경으로 구성되어 있다.
