Abstract
이 조사는 국가인권위원회가 성매매에 이용된 아동·청소년의 종합적인 인권개선 법제, 유입예방 및 정책 방안을 모색하기 위해 아동·청소년을 대상으로 한 성매매의 현황과 환경, 인권상황 등에 대한 실태를 파악하고자 시행한 것이다. 조사는 전국의 만 19세 미만의 성매매에 이용된 아동·청소년과 아동·청소년 성매매 관련 유관기관의 업무담당자를 대상으로 각각 시행되었다.
이 자료는 성매매에 이용된 아동·청소년을 대상으로 수집된 것으로 조사내용은 가출 경험, 폭력 및 성폭력 피해 경험, 성매매 시기 및 이유, 성매매 유형 및 방식, 성매매 관련 인권침해 경험 및 심각성 인식, 성매매에 대한 인식, 수사 및 재판 과정에 대한 경험, 쉼터 등 보호시설에 대한 경험 등을 포함하고 있다.
