Abstract
<div style="line-height:160%" align="justify">이 조사는 국가인권위원회가 북한이탈주민에 대한 국민인식을 개선하고 차별 해소 정책 및 권고안을 마련하기 위해 일반 국민의 북한이탈주민에 대한 인식, 편견과 차별, 그리고 사회적 배재 등의 실태를 파악하고자 시행한 것이다.
자료는 전국 만 19세 이상 성인남녀 1,011명을 대상으로 수집되었으며, 설문문항은 북한이탈주민에 대한 인식, 북한이탈주민에 대한 정서, 북한이탈주민에 대한 차별 행동, 북한이탈주민에 대한 사실 인식, 북한이탈주민과의 접촉 경험과 인식, 북한이탈주민에 대한 편견과 차별 개선방안, 북한과 통일에 대한 인식, 다문화 수용성과 인권의식, 이념성향 등이 포함되어 있다.</div>
