Abstract
이 조사는 한국행정연구원이 서울시의 재개발 사업 중단과 관련하여 재개발 사업의 문제점을 파악하고 해결책을 도모하고자 해당 지역주민을 대상으로 인식조사를 시행한 것이다. 자료는 서울시 재개발 중단 19개 지역의 주민 1,025명으로부터 수집되었다. 주요 조사내용은 재개발사업 중단 인지 여부, 사업 중단 결정에 대한 찬반 여부 및 이유, 재개발 기간 중 주거대책, 재개발 중단 원인에 대한 의견, 재개발 추진 절차상의 문제에 대한 의견, 재개발 중단 이후 겪은 어려움, 재개발 사업의 재추진에 대한 찬반 여부, 재개발 추진과정의 고려사항, 향후 재개발사업에 대한 전망 등이다.
