Abstract

「사업체패널조사」는 한국노동연구원이 기업의 고용구조와 노동수요, 인사관리와 노사관계, 인적자원의 개발과 투자 등 노동시장 정책수립에 필요한 기초자료를 제공하고자 민간기업과 공공기관을 망라한 전국의 사업장을 대상으로 시행하는 종단조사이다. 이 조사는 2002-2004년 예비조사 이후 2006년부터 격년으로 실시되며, 자료는 패널 사업체의 인사 담당자, 노사관계 담당자, 노동조합 또는 노사협의회 대표자를 대상으로 각각 수집된다. 이 자료는 2차년도인 2008년 조사에서 수집된 것으로 사업장의 일반적 특성, 고용현황과 고용관리, 보상과 평가, 인사관리와 작업조직, 인적자원개발, 근로복지와 산업재해, 노사관계 등에 관한 내용을 포함하고 있다.
