Abstract
이 조사는 고경력 퇴직 과학기술인 활용을 지원하는 ReSEAT 사업의 성과를 평가하고자 사업 참여자들을 대상으로 시행한 것이다. 조사는 ReSEAT 사업의 과학기술정보분석위원과 큐레이터위원 267명을 대상으로 실시되었으며, 자료는 185사례가 수집되었다. 주요 조사내용은 기관담당자와의 관계, 사업목적 부합성 평가, 사업성과 평가, 직무몰입, 업무량, 사업에 대한 만족도 등이다.
