Abstract
이 조사는 학생들의 학교생활 적응 지원을 담당하는 학교사회복지사와 학생들의 교육과 지도를 담당하는 교사와의 관계 양상을 살펴보고 이들의 협력적 관계에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하고자 시행한 것이다. 조사는 사회복지사가 배치된 전국 136개 초·중·고등학교의 사회복지사들과 이들의 동료 교사들을 대상으로 각각 실시되었다. 이 자료는 교사들로부터 수집된 것으로 학교장 리더십, 학교문화, 교사의 학교복지사업에 대한 태도, 교사의 사회복지사에 대한 신뢰, 사회복지사의 대인관계, 사회복지사의 직무몰입, 교사와 사회복지사의 협력 등에 관한 내용을 포함하고 있다.
