Abstract
이 조사는 대표적 고객접점 근로자인 영업사원들의 직무 및 조직 적합성이 이들의 직무태도와 이직의사에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 시행한 것이다. 조사는 제약회사 영업사원 210명을 대상으로 실시되었으며, 자료는 203사례가 수집되었다. 설문지는 직무적합성, 조직적합성, 직무만족도, 조직몰입도, 이직의사 등을 측정하는 문항들로 구성되어 있다.
