Abstract
이 조사는 한국형사정책연구원이 소년범죄자 조사제도의 효율성과 전문성 제고 방안 마련에 필요한 기초자료를 수집하고자 소년조사 관계자들을 대상으로 시행한 의견조사이다. 자료는 보호관찰관, 분류심사관 및 법원조사관을 포함하는 조사담당자 집단과 검사와 판사를 포함하는 조사의뢰자 집단 각각을 대상으로 수집되었다. 이 자료는 전국의 보호관찰관 166명에 관한 것으로 소년조사제도의 문제점과 개선방안에 대한 의견, 검사결정전조사제도의 활용과 개선방안에 대한 의견, 판결전조사제도의 활용과 개선방안에 대한 의견, 법원결정전조사제도의 활용과 개선방안에 대한 의견 등을 주요 내용으로 포함하고 있다.
