Abstract
이 자료는 감사원의 대체적 분쟁해결기구로서의 기능과 역할을 탐색하고자 감사원 감사에 의한 분쟁해결 사례들의 특성을 살펴본 내용분석 자료이다. 분석대상은 2001-2011년 기간에 실시된 감사원 감사를 통해 분쟁해결이 이루어진 71건의 사례이다. 분석내용에는 분쟁당사사, 분쟁강도, 분쟁유형, 분쟁성격, 분쟁해결기간, 분쟁해결수준, 사업종류, 사업규모, 사업추진단계 등이 포함되어 있다.
