Abstract
이 조사는 한국인의 인터넷 커뮤니케이션 갈등 양상을 살펴보고자 시행한 것이다. 조사는 전국의 만 19세 이상 인터넷 이용자들을 대상으로 실시되었다. 주요 조사내용은 인터넷 서비스별 이용빈도, 인터넷에서의 자신의 정체성, 인터넷 공간의 특성(위험성, 폭력성, 유용성, 친밀성, 안전성, 신뢰성, 공공성, 개방성)에 대한 인식, 인터넷에서의 대화방식, 인터넷에서의 의견 읽기와 쓰기, 갈등상황 대응방식, 사회적 신뢰, 인터넷에 대한 신뢰, 주요 사회갈등 심각성에 대한 인식, 계층귀속감, 주관적 이념성향 등이다.
