Abstract
이 조사는 개인성과 측정에서 나타날 수 있는 다양한 문제들과 이를 해결하기 위한 방법론적 개선방안에 대한 공무원 의견을 수집하고자 시행한 것이다. 조사는 행정안전부 공무원 350명을 대상으로 실시되었으며, 자료는 205사례가 수집되었다. 설문지는 성과측정의 한계로 지적되는 톱니바퀴효과, 문턱효과, 결과왜곡, 비변별성, 변동성 등의 발생경향과 그 대안에 관한 문항들로 구성되어 있다.
