Abstract
이 조사는 학술연구지원사업에 대한 연구자들의 만족도와 재신청의사에 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇인지를 서브퀼(SERVQUAL) 모형의 관점에서 분석하고자 시행한 것이다. 자료는 한국학술진흥재단 연구지원사업의 연구책임자와 공동연구자 693명으로부터 수집되었다. 주요 조사내용은 웹사이트 이용편의성, 연구지원 절차의 적절성, 고객응대 수준, 과제선정 심사에 대한 신뢰, 연구결과 평가에 대한 신뢰, 연구지원 서비스에 대한 만족, 연구지원사업 재신청의사 등이다.
