Abstract
이 조사는 한국형사정책연구원이 성폭력범죄자 사후관리제도의 하나인 신상정보공개제도의 운영과 효과를 평가해 보고자 시행한 것이다. 자료는 전국의 만 20-59세 일반인과 보호관찰명령이 집행 중인 성폭력범죄자들을 대상으로 각각 수집되었다. 이 자료는 일반인에 관한 것으로 범죄피해 두려움과 가능성 인식, 범죄예방을 위한 행동, 신상정보공개제도에 대한 인지, 공개대상자 확인경험, 신상정보공개제도의 필요성과 효과에 대한 인식, 신상정보공개제도 개선방안에 대한 의견 등의 내용을 포함하고 있다.
